We discovered Carolyn and her team when we were exploring a move to Liberty Station. They were obviously THE team with the most knowledge about Point Loma and Liberty Station in particular. We actually worked with Dianna Meza and she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and just an all-around delightful person; we enjoyed working with her immensely. When it became clear that we were unlikely to find a home in Liberty Station in a timeframe that would coincide with the sale of our home, we realized that we were going to have to look elsewhere in the county. We were looking at homes from Imperial Beach to Oceanside, and Dianna was an absolute saint about setting up appointments to accommodate our schedule and letting us drag her all over the county. And they always worked as a team; if Dianna was unable to attend an appointment she had made for our convenience, Carolyn seamlessly stepped in for her. We especially appreciated Dianna’s willingness to share her opinion when asked, but otherwise maintaining a very neutral presence. And when it was all said and done, Dianna was clearly an expert in executing the swift coordination necessary to orchestrate the final steps leading up to our move-in. We love our house and we can’t thank Carolyn and Dianna enough for helping us make it a smooth and painless transition.
