I recently purchased a short sale and Dianna Meza was my agent. I found Dianna to be very hard working and always available.   Having heard a lot about how difficult short sales are (and having previously had an unpleasant experience trying to buy a short sale), I was expecting the process to be very complicated and time-consuming. Instead, it was pretty smooth and straightforward, and surprisingly FAST!   Dianna seemed to have a very good grasp of the whole process. To put it simply, I felt I was working with professionals who really knew what they were doing.
